How to organize in order to change the world effectively?

A few years ago, we noticed the problem like many others, but had no real beginning of an answer beyond superficial tips. Today, we have laid the foundation for a solid answer. We are a small group and we are seeking to expand the circle, partly in order to refine, or even disprove, certain points based on other personal experiences, and partly to feel less isolated. Possible exchanges via forum, email, telephone, or in person, since I personally have chosen to travel by bike for several months a year for this purpose.
